ZIMM Global's Women Vocational Training Center in PECHS, Karachi has graduated 1,800+ women who are now earning independently through tailoring, digital services, and small businesses.

ZIMM Global's Women Vocational Training Center in PECHS, Karachi has reached a landmark: 1,800 women trained since 2017, with an 84% employment rate six months after graduation.

The center operates six certified course tracks — tailoring and fashion design, digital literacy, small business management, English communication, financial literacy, and handicrafts. All training is completely free, and each graduate receives a ZIMM-certified diploma.

Stories of Change

Among the graduates: Rukhsar, 32, a widow from Lyari who launched a tailoring business from her home after completing the three-month program, now earning PKR 25,000 per month and employing two other women. Sana, 24, who used her digital literacy certificate to secure a data entry job at a Karachi firm — her family's first salaried income.
