Oversees organizational governance, strategic partnerships, and inter-departmental coordination for all ZIMM programs.
Leads field operations across all six program pillars — managing project implementation from planning through evaluation.
Responsible for financial compliance, audit reporting, FBR filings, and donor fund accountability and transparency.
Directs all women empowerment initiatives including vocational training, rights advocacy, and economic inclusion programs.
Manages stakeholder engagement, government liaison, media outreach, and donor relations across all regional offices.
